In an effort to connect theory to practice, to better understand our field, several students in the Learning and Leadership doctoral program at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga share our experiences and insights with the program. The program was conceived as a highly flexible, student-centered program. Authors on this blog come from different backgrounds, and none are focused on school administration. Instead, we all share a fascination with personal, organizational, and socioeconomic transformation, and an understanding that most learning occurs outside school and most leadership occurs far from the corner office.
